This year, we are rolling out Home Campus. It is an easy-to-use platform for parents, athletes, and athletic administrators to monitor, collect, and organize Athletic Paperwork. It also provides coaches with digital emergency cards that can be accessed on their phones. All paperwork can be electronically signed, except the PHYSICAL HISTORY FORM/Dr. PAGE and Consent to PLAY. Both can be scanned and uploaded onto AthleticClearance.com or hand-delivered to Mr. Zelaya or Ms. Fernandez.
